Our Catering suppliers hold the 5 Star Award for excellence in Hygiene Management by Stockton-on-Tees Environmental Health Department. Furthermore, they hold certificates for HACCP awarded by the University of Teesside, along with certificates for Basic Food Hygiene from the local environmental health department training facility. Their experienced team produce a variety of some 4500 meals and Sandwiches per week for NHS Hospitals and Businesses in our Region, and they have done so for many years. This through-put means that they constantly hold fresh stock which is turned over daily and you can order quality foods with complete peace of mind. Our caterers buy from local producers wherever possible, thereby not only supporting the local economy but minimising their ecological footprint.
