Conference & Training Rooms

Business & Conferencing at CableCom currently has a number of conferencing, business meeting rooms & classrooms available for hire. Choices range from modern one-to-one interview room(s) to fully AV-ready rooms able to accommodate up to 110 delegates in a theatre-style layout. The rooms can be hired in two-hour, half day or full day slots meaning the rooms can be utilised for anything from a job interview to a multi-day conference or training course.

Optional services include stationery provision, catering and refreshments, name-tagging and delegate registration.

Rooms can be arranged in five basic formats – Theatre, boardroom, conference, classroom or general style. Your room will be set up prior to your arrival and delegates will be greeted and directed to the correct area.

All our rooms are air conditioned.

How are we able to offer such flexibility?

We use the ‘Chameleon’ which is a simple but elegant table system. The uncluttered detailing allows the tables to be used either individually or arranged to suit a wide range of different spatial and functional requirements. The legs are positioned at the extreme corners of the tables, maximising the knee space making a simple visual link between tables when pushed together.
